I created this course with a clear vision: to empower busy, overwhelmed people to transform their relationship with stress through tiny, manageable habits.

Each micro-habit you’ll learn is the result of my own journey in rewiring my stress response, which involved a deep dive into the medical literature and then adapting the most promising approaches into bite-sized tools that I could actually fit into my time-strapped life.

Now, if there is one thing I learned in my personal journey it’s that stress management should not create more stress. That’s why there’s zero pressure to implement every micro-habit right away—you add them at your own pace. You’ll complete stress self-assessments to monitor progress, and the more habits you add consistently, the more effectively you’ll rewire your stress response.

As an author and speaker, she is driven by a deep passion to empower people to build resilient, less-stressed lives.

She also knows firsthand how hard this can be. As a working mom juggling professional and personal demands, Dr. Ghosh understands what it means to be short on time—but motivated to feel better.
